1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the Codigenius website at www.codigenius.com (the "Site"), operated by Codigenius Sdn. Bhd. (202301026086 / 1520009-D), a company incorporated in Malaysia. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the informational website only. Actual service engagements (custom software development, dedicated teams, support) are governed by separate signed contracts. Product subscriptions (e.g., AccessOS) are governed by separate product-specific terms disclosed at the point of subscription — see Product terms below.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including reviewing our services, reading published content, and contacting us. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or connected systems
Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Site's performance (denial-of-service attacks, scraping at abusive rates, malicious payloads)
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) other than well-behaved search engine indexers respecting our robots.txt
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Site's published assets beyond what browsers normally do

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly per our security disclosure policy (contact: security@codigenius.com). We do not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers who follow responsible disclosure.

3. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, graphics, logos, code, product screenshots, case studies, documentation — is owned by Codigenius Sdn. Bhd. or used with permission of respective owners. All rights reserved unless explicitly noted otherwise.

You may:

View, read, and share links to Site pages
Quote short excerpts for review, commentary, or citation with attribution
Save pages for personal reference

You may not:

Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content in bulk (including scraping to feed other sites, LLM training datasets, or resale)
Use Codigenius trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission
Present Site content as your own work

4. Services Engagements (Custom Software / Dedicated Teams / Support)

Descriptions of our services on the Site are informational — they do not constitute an offer or a binding contract. Actual services (custom software development, dedicated engineering teams, support engagements) are provided under separately signed service agreements that govern scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, warranties, IP ownership, confidentiality, and termination on a per-engagement basis.

If you're interested in engaging our services, contact us via the Site — we'll follow up with a proper scoping conversation and a written agreement before any work begins.

5. Product Terms (AccessOS and other Codigenius products)

Codigenius operates products (currently AccessOS at accessos.codigenius.com). Use of any Codigenius product is governed by:

These Terms of Service (for general use of the marketing site and account signup)
The Codigenius Privacy Policy (for data collection during signup and product use)
Product-specific terms disclosed at the point of subscription or account creation (for paid subscriptions, SLAs, data processing agreements, and any product-specific commitments)

For AccessOS specifically, if you sign up for a free or paid tier, additional terms may apply — these will be presented to you at signup or in-product before any payment is taken.

6. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as-is" and "as-available". To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous availability.

We aim for high availability (see our public status page at status.codigenius.com) but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Information published on the Site is provided in good faith but may contain errors or become outdated. We recommend contacting us directly for current, authoritative information on services, pricing, and product capabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Codigenius Sdn. Bhd. and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to Malaysian Ringgit 100 (RM 100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law (e.g., fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence).

Liability related to services engagements or product subscriptions is governed by the respective signed agreement or product-specific terms — this Site's liability cap does not apply to those.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Better Stack, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any linked or embedded third-party service is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
